I believe in starting your fitness journey on the right foot. Before you choose any of my training packages, I will invite you to experience a complimentary taster session at the gym. This session not only allows you to explore our facilities but also provides a glimpse into my coaching style and the supportive community we cultivate.

During your visit, we will discuss your personal fitness goals in depth and assess your current abilities. This conversation is integral to tailoring a program that aligns with your aspirations. Additionally, I will guide you through proper form and technique for essential movements, ensuring you feel confident and prepared as we begin your training.

PACKAGES

Each session will be tailored to your goals. We’ll work together to make sure you’re completing the exercises safely and with proper form. I’ll also be there to motivate and push you through the workout to make sure you get everything you can out of the session.

I will also be available at all times to help navigate you through your fitness journey.

As a client, you’ll have full access to the AT-14 app, where you'll be able to record and track all of your workouts and exercises.

Group sessions are based on 2-4 people, group packages also available.

I will provide necessary materials and equipment for our sessions. However, if there are specific items you prefer or that you have been using, feel free to bring them along!

Can I expect accountability and support outside of our sessions?

Yes! I believe that accountability is key to success. I offer support through regular check-ins, motivational messages, and resources between sessions to keep you on track and motivated.

What happens if I miss a session?

If you miss a scheduled session, please let me know as soon as possible. We can typically arrange a make-up session if it fits within my schedule, provided you give adequate notice.
