How long will it take to see results?
Although everyone reacts differently to training, most people should notice changes after the first month. The level of results you achieve depends on how closely you follow the programme, adopt the habits we build, your body type and your training history.
Do I need to be fit to start Personal Training?
Absolutely not! Everyone begins somewhere and often the most difficult part is starting. Each session will be tailored to challenge you, but you will leave feeling successful and proud no matter what your current fitness levels.
How many times a week do I need to train?
This is completely dependent on your goals, lifestyle, financial situation and available time. We have some clients who train with us once per week and others who train three times per week. We recommend clients train at least three times a week to see results . These sessions can be done in a combination of training with me and alone. For example, clients may train twice with me and once by themselves each week.
