I am stronger in my focus areas and generally much fitter. led generates tailored programming sessions through a pt app that is easy to use and effective for tracking activity. the app has a dm feature and aled regularly check in to see how the training is going. if I'm uncertain of how to perform an activity or I need clarification I can send aled a video of my training and he responds with detailed and constructive feedback. if ever I have a query or need last-minute change to a session, Aled's very quick to respond.
