How does online personal training work?
After an initial consultation, I will assess your fitness level, goals, and preferences. I will then create a personalised workout plan tailored to your needs. You'll receive ongoing support through regular check-ins, progress tracking, and adjustments to your plan as needed.
Do I need special equipment for online training?
While access to gym equipment can enhance your workouts, many online training programs can be tailored to use minimal or no equipment. I can provide bodyweight exercises and suggest alternative equipment that’s budget-friendly, such as resistance bands or dumbbells.
What if I have injuries or specific health concerns?
Your safety is my priority. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss any injuries or health concerns so I can tailor your workouts to avoid exacerbating them. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise regimen.
Will I receive nutritional guidance as well?
Yes! As part of your training program, I can provide general nutritional advice and meal planning strategies to complement your fitness journey. However, for detailed dietary plans, I recommend consulting with a registered dietitian.
